Find all the information you need about our Wolverhampton-based mobile dog grooming services, including grooms, baths, puppy introductions, and specialist care.
We cover Wolverhampton West and surrounding areas, including Wombourne, Sedgley, Perton, Codsall, Albrighton, Pattingham, and Shifnal. Additional charges may apply for distances outside these areas.
We require access to a mains socket (not an extension lead) to connect our 25-metre cable, supplying a 230VAC power source for the mobile grooming salon. All electrical appliances are fully compliant with current UK and EU regulations and are NAPIT certified. Suitable parking is also required, either on your driveway or nearby street parking where it does not cause an obstruction.
We accept cash and card payments, including American Express. Bank transfer is available by prior agreement only.
At Fetch! we offer a one-to-one grooming service, with your dog groomed individually and within sight of their home. This helps reduce anxiety and ensures a calm, stress-free grooming experience.
Yes. A full health assessment is carried out before every groom to understand your dog’s medical needs. For diabetic dogs, we may ask that your dog has been fed prior to grooming. For dogs prone to epilepsy, we may schedule the groom no earlier than 48 hours after any reported seizure. Mobile grooming is ideal for dogs where travel may increase stress or discomfort linked to underlying health conditions.
Very. By the age of three, around 80% of dogs will show signs of dental disease. Periodontal disease can lead to gingivitis (gum inflammation) and periodontitis (breakdown of jaw bone and soft tissue). Bacteria from plaque and tartar can enter the bloodstream and, over time, contribute to heart, kidney, or liver damage, potentially reducing your dog’s life expectancy.
Yes. At Fetch! we are City & Guilds trained and have completed ongoing CPD, including Canine First Aid and Canine Oral Health and Hygiene. We are fully insured.
Our mobile salon is brand new and fitted with modern, state-of-the-art grooming facilities inside an immaculate van. We use the latest Hydrobath technology, fresh towels for every dog, and all equipment is thoroughly disinfected after each groom.
The Hydrobath spray head provides a gentle massaging action that penetrates the coat, helping to relax muscles, improve circulation, and remove dead hair, dirt, and debris. This leaves your dog feeling clean and relaxed. At Fetch! we choose not to use recycled water.
Grooming times vary depending on breed, coat condition, and the type of groom required. An estimated time will be provided on the day when your dog is handed over.
